Mech fuel pump VS Electric fuel pump
Hi all,
Quick question with regards to fuel pumps. I have built a 632 BB with NOS and am working out my fuel system.
Is it better to run 2 electric fuel pumps for the motor including NOS or run a mech unit and use a T to run 2 regs 1 for supply 1 for NOS.
The engine will be running race fuel.
Thanks for your input.

I would run a large electric fuel pump such as the MagnaFlow 500 or Aeromotive A2000 with a large port regulator feeding the carb and a smaller one such as a holley 803 feeding the NOS. If you're running two carbs, you could use a BG 4-port, MagnaFlow 4-port, or Aeromotive 4-port pro-stock regulator for the carbs. Unless you're talking about a belt driven pump, stay away from anything mechanical for your combo.
