how to wire msd crank trigger

Default how to wire msd crank trigger

i have a used crank trigger for a sbc.and iam running a mallory unlite dist. and a 6al box. how do you install and set up crank trigger,wiring,phasing the rotor,ect?and do you have to lock out the timing

One thing to remember is that on a distributor the wires from your ign. box that plugs into the dis. are swapped. ( Green to Violet). On a crank trigger they match ( Green to Green, Violet to Voilet). The crank trigger should have a plug so it shouldn't be a problem.

hmmm mine arent swapped ??! Dist is same as the crank trigger
