Default 7.5 10 Bolt GM

I Thought I would try this?
Have another LOW BUGET Guy at the Track that has a Mid 80's F/Bird with a 7.5 10 Bolt.He Just Spent 4-500.00 on Axles and C/Clip Elim.and the Rest of the Goodies?
Well a New set of 9" Slicks and On the 3rd Launch,It SPLIT the Carrier Like a BOMB went OFF?
Does ANYONE know of a Company making a FULL-Spool for a 7.5?
IKnow,I KNOW!
I Told HIM-9"!!!!But,Hes Bound and Deturmined to make this 7.5 Work???
THANKS!!!!

bought a complete 9 inch for the s-10 with axles and drums[ no center section ] last week for $200.00 bought a center section with a spool [4.10 gears] for $125.00. there are deals out there -you just have to hunt for them at times---GOOD LUCK -LIVELY---YEAH --THE 7.5 will cost ALOT more then that to fix right. 8)

SELL THE OTHER PARTS TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR THEIR SUPER CAR

Agreed, That split open carrier is gonna happen no matter if he has a full spool, half spool, or no spool. It is THE weak link in the chain. We're just telling it like it is and if you can't get your desired answer it is because it is NOT a recommended solution to keep dumping in good money after bad.
