i have a 383 stroker with world product heads 10.4to1 compression,,victor intake ,,lots of port work on intake and heads,,,timing at 38 degrees,,,car ran an 11.50 with a bad tranny,,,,,,,,,,,my problem is ,,the car shuts right off when it revs out,,,,the car ran perfect and then all of the sudden it started doing this,,,i do not know if it is a carb or electrical problem,,it has a msd 6al with pro billet dis,,blaster 3 coil,,,the coil,,pickup,,cap,,rotor ,,wires,,plugs are all brand new,,,,,also after it does shut off i really have to crank it to get it to start back up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,PLEASE HELP

do you have a fuel pressure gauge on it ? if so is it loosing pressure when its shutting off ?

I had a buddy had same issue, everytime his holley black got warm it'd shut off.
