Default Ford 410" stroker questions

I'm building my first stroker engine. Also my first performance engine. We installed the crank and rods/pistons and everything went well.No clearance issues. We put the heads on after checking the piston/valve clearances, all ok. We installed the cam, lifters, pushrods and rockers then set lash. When we roll the crank over through the intake/exhaust strokes there is a pop. The heads just had new springs, valves, retainers and locks installed by the machine shop. We checked the push rod lengths and there dead on center. We only have .0065 on the springs. Is this enough clearance or are we at coil bind or ???
HELP !!!!
Thanks

I would say absolutly not enough clearance, i don't like to see less than .100 before coil bind.
