I sent this guy payment for a cam and lifters. The minute after he received payment he quit answering his phone or messages.

I actually sent him payment twice once March 9 and once March 12. A money order he said he couldn't cash... then a Western Union. And he was suppose to send the money order back to me with the parts. The money order was from a RBC (Canadian bank)... I think he couldn't cash it because I dont think he even has a bank account. I'm in the process of getting that back from my bank. But I can't get me Western Union back.
