Man the car is looking good. I love seeing a car lift the front wheels with no spray and just on motor. Doing a good job. Keep it up. Also it may take some time but I am positive that the end result will be worth all the wait.

I love the ride it takes me on.
And i love chatting with other Chevelle owners
about their set up and then mine. Love watching
there jaws drop. "You got a what in that car?!"
LOL
I know it will all pay off.
I took it out last Sunday and had a terrible day.
Was only able to get 1 pass in, ive got alot of work
to do. Cant run it though in the rain. :P

I appreciate it alot.
I just ran it last Sunday, the car didnt run the number it usually runs.
Last year my quickest in the 8th was a 5.94.
With the motor and the way my car was last year,
i should have been running 5.80s.
So we took it out Sunday with our fingers crossed
for a 5.80 run. Ended up going 5.99, 9.35 @ 144mph
Im pretty sure i just need to tinker with it and make
a few more passes. That pass on Sunday was the first
pass the car has made this year. So im 90% sure
the car is still in a winter deep sleep.
Lets hope that atleast, i didnt pay $15k for this motor
for it to only last me half a season.

So what size motor do you have in that thing?? I am going to be dropping a 460 bored out with a 6/71 blower in a 93 Stang Hatchback. Wont be using spray at all. Just motor that way I can just go out and have fun. Not to worried about winning anything. If I do I do and if I dont I dont but I still had fun either way.

I put a 588 in it i bought from Steve Schmidt last season.
Motor can handle spray up to about a 450-500 shot.
I actually wouldnt mine spraying a 150 shot off the line.
Hell im still leaving off the foot brake, this is a no-box car by the way.
