Default ??carb for small block chev. 360??

I am getting ready to get my engine back from machine shop,.060 350 11.10 compr. small block, solid roller cam. Its going in a street/strip car...My carb. I have now is the 4779- 750... My question is , is it worth the money for me to buy an HP750, cam specs.
@.050 Int. dur. 246 Exh. dur. 253
Int. lift .585 Exh. lift .600
I never have owned a good carb. do they make that much of a difference. I know I left out alot of other info, Just trying to compair the two carbs... Thanks guys for any help

i have simular engine and all i had at time was 600 and its way to small have checked around and everyone says hp 750 is what i need so i thought id pass it on to you

I got a new pro systems 4150 for my new motor, have heard good things abought them, will fire new motor on dyno april 14th

I contacted Pro Systems, They sent me back an email explaining what they could build for me and what it would cost... I am VERY impressed, and the cost is very resonable... Hay THANKS you guys looks like I found me a carburetor...
