Default how much power do i need

hi i am new to this. i have restored a 1967 delta 88 before when i was young. now i want to take my 67 cutlass supreme and make it pretty fast. I just want to know what type of engine to drop in there. I was thinking of a 383 stroker but i m not sure if that will be enough please help

power is relative. how deep are the pockets what you intend to do with the car and your idea of fast. so ore info would help. btw ive seen 4 bangers that are fast and v8s that where dogs. gears and tranny play a part in fast also

There's no replacement for displacement. The bigger the better.
