Default I need help identifying 8" converter

Here's my story, my buddy picked up a 8" converter from a guy that had run it in an altered. It has no runs since refreshened. He was told it had stall speed of 6000. I need help to identify it. The box it came in is from The Converter Shop and is marked CM-8 RXR #5561 PG
The converter itself is painted black with these number stamped on it:
TC 1740715-35150-1/4
38880
06951RFR0781-7J (unsure about the number "8" it may be a "0")

All help identifying this converter is appreciated.
Thanks

don't know who made it but the 1/4 probably means that it was made for a 1/4" mid-plate ?

Here is what I came up with on a quick search for The Converter Shop:

Hope this helps.
