Make absolutely certain the payment clears before shipping the carb, just cautious.

I do not know this gentleman he lives on the other end of the state from me. I do know that it is not uncomon for guys in that area to have Maryland or even Pa & Oh cell #s. A lot of guys on this end of the state have Ky & Va #s. I wouldnt worry on the phone # alone. You should always wait on payment to clear before shipping.

Never ship to a PO box #, unless you have a physical street address all states have a street or road physical addresses. UPS and Fedex refuses to ship to a PO box #.

Here in WV many of us have rural route Box numbers. These are not PO Boxes. Most will have an HC number in front of the Box number. Which is for highway contract. 911 mapping has just begun in many counties and the PO has not changed over to the 911 add. I have a rural box and a new 911 street add. The PO still uses the rural box number for my add. I have alot of problems with Fed Ex and UPS not wanting to deliver to the rural box thinking it is a PO box. I have started using the 911 street ad for deliveries but I have to still use my box number for mail. I know it sounds confusing but it is the price you pay when you live in the woods.
