Dreamer, maybe in a 1800 lb dragster 4.90, did you also notice that's a 3 3/4" toilet bowl.

That's one I would have to see for myself.
I have ran 540's for years and a pretty good one also and the best I ran in a 3600 lb door car was 5.68.

He should show these guy's how to build engine's.

he also told me his 350 ran 6.00 @ 3200lbs ... must be a sb and a bb weight is the same now lol

i dont know.Sometimes people get lucky.It depends on how everything work.I built a 406 SBC and i dont know how but it runs 6.20s in the 1/8th on motor with cast iron heads and a big cam.I dont know how but when me and my dad built it we got everything working together,and working right.
