How much room does a 20' trailer have on the floor, if you don't mind me asking?

Usually when you measure an tag trailer, it's the floor length of the trailer. When you measure a gooseneck it from the hitch ball to the rear of the trailer.

Thanks Cam I wondered if the length was from the hitch or not. A twenty foot trailer would fit my roadster and scooter just fine.

Most tag trailers have a 4' tongue. So you can add that to the length of the box. My 38' gooseneck had a 28' floor. I could put a golf cart, scooter sideways, car and generator-in that order- in it.

I sold my 99 year 24 footer Haulmark 7000 lbs rated with a winch 3500 lbs Winch nothing special (winch was 99.00 when I bought it) for 3500 6 months ago and bought a nice 30 footer with cabinets 10000 lbs rating proline trailer for 8000.00 delivered to my door. Proline trailer equals or exceds the haulmark trailer in Quaility. I would not let it go cheap there is a good market on used trailers. at least in Michigan
