Man I love that car!!! Nice article too.
We've tried several times to contact Pinks to come to a local Mud drag track and do a race. They want return any mssgs :cry: :cry: :cry:
I don't think they know anything about Mud racing so they don't take us seriously :x :x

Thanks for the replies guys. Had a great time. I would do it again in a minute. It was nice that it was at my home track but it was also nice not to be treated like second class citizens for an event this size.
As for the 540 that I broke the weekend before. I broke a trans yoke two weeks earlier and I'm pretty sure the shock took out the thrust bearing. It took 3 passes to show up as I lost oil pressure at the end of the run on the turn off at an idle luckily and shut it down. Got it back to the pits and cut open the oil filter and found a few pieces of bearing. Pulled the pan the other day everything looked good but no endplay with the crank so put the pan back on till I get a day to dig in to it farther.
