Yeah , we went over there saturday nite because it was close and they had free bar b q :lol: we didn't want to do a lot of traveling over the holiday weekend , we had a lot of fun and got to see some old friends..Paul

Hey Terry,
never had a problem , my dragster stops a lot better than a door car because it only weighs 1440 lbs , ,,this car ran a 4.06 at that track a couple years ago with a 419 ci small block , I am only running a 355 motor in it now with a 4.40 to 4.50 E T...still a lot of fun
I'll call you next time we go and I'll let you have a go in it :lol:

Sounds good, but I'll probably never fit. I would LUV to come spectate at least. And though I swore I would not run there again, if mine is back together, I'll drag it with me...

this little track is 160' short of being a full 1/8 mile , thats all the room they had....I don't know if it still stands but a 4.03 is the track record there . the shut down is very short ..my car with the present engine runs 5.30 to 5.40 in the 1/8 , not bad for a flat top 355 with old camel hump heads and a high gear only powerglide,,,..Paul
