Default 9" dirt track rear

Hey guys... I'm running a 9" ford on the dirt...Have Superior axels in it.. Keep breaking the left rear... the housing is straight.. it breaks right on the outside of the bearing the car weighs 3200 around 500hp...they are 31 spline. any ideas on what to do here... what axels are the best out there.. Need help on axel number 5 !!!!

are you using harden axels if so then try moser axels

Does the bearing still turn freely after the axle has broken off? Can you get us a pic?

yes the bearing is fine... I have always put a new one in it but sure you could use the old bearing again.

Sounds like someone doesn't like you and keeps hitting that corner of the car, haha.


I would try Mosers also. Price is good and quality if great.
