gas, i have a old style 1050 dominator now, 8896, last weekend let me know that it's time for a change, so i am looking, the ultra has a lot of adjustability it seem, and i like that, but some times thing's like that can become a nightmare an that i don't need. thanks for the reply cbr.

What is it going on? The Ultra metering blocks are "unofficially" made by BLP. It depends on whether the extra is worth the money difference. Be ready to lean the intermediate circuit.

We used a 750 Ultra and took about 30 pulls to get it tuned perfect. It made 3hp more then a 750HP, and 1.5lb more. Out of the box it was a turd. If you dont have the dyno time or money, stay with the Standard HP, much easier to tune.

in the process of getting stuff togather to build a 540, but i have a mule motor 461 for tuning chassis, the thing surprised me, i think a better carb would help, can't buy but one carb, so buy for the bigger motor, and see if i can tune for smaller motor, could be a challange, but as long as i am dealing with good stuff i don't mind.

With your BB, I would look for a 7320 2 circuit 1150. Metering will be close as delivered and save all the extra for the Ultra.
