Let me guess YOU bought a huge motor with all the best money could buy. Then you was in such a hurry you just picked it and when you got home and after you completed building the work shop you pulled the pan and valve covers and it was stock.

Now he is the bad guy and you are out $5,000.00. WHAT the heck is going on people. WHY in the h_ll do you not take the time to demand that they pull the valve cover and oil pan.

Anyone here own a bore scope??? We do. If the person is selling a real motor they will not have an issue pulling the pan or valve cover.

Sorry but I am done hearing about people who allow these dirt bags to do this over and over again.

I agree, do your homework if you are going to buy anything, if you don't well i am sorry to say this, but you deserve what you get :!: Just about everyone on here has gotten burned at least one time, but we have learned to ask before buying anything :!: :!: If you can find this forum to complain then you can find it to ask before buying :!: :!:

Right on Mopar !!!!! Sorry juliusracing that this guy took your money. But I can't understand why anyone would buy a motor and not pull the pan and vavle covers. (a couple of dollars in gaskets) This has been a bad subject on this form for the past couple of months.

Broken record... "he said it had 12.5 pistons, Luatti cam, stainless crank, roller rockers, stud girdle, etc... & I got it home & it was stock & needed to be rebuilt"

"so then I called the seller, he would not return my calls"

"What can I do??" "do I have legal recourse??" HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN???!!!

Man, sorry to hear about your scam, but this is very common. Good luck, this is a tough situation/scam that requires much due dillegence to correct; requiring a commitment on your part. Good luck!!
