Default Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back in January I was looking for a block and a crank because a friend could not afford new parts so I posted hear. A guy named Leonard contacted me and had parts that I needed. All his info checked out and turns out he built engines for an old friend John Costello and worked on the Gosses TA/FC a few times. With that said I thought he was a stand up guy because of the company he is around. We sent him 3000 as a down payment and since there has been nothing but excusses. We gave him a date to get us our parts or we will take leagle action. Now he dose not return calls and has burried his head in the sand. Im posting this for two reasons. #1 thanks to all the honest people I have bought parts from hear. I want everyone to know about this guy. He has poor business ethics. He will not return the money and or give us 3000 worth. He has nothing but excusses about the origanal block he was going to sell us was bad so he bought a new one. "Never getting aproval from us". #2 Trying to save a buck since he robbed us. Hear is what I need. He works for Oregon Trailer or ownes it. I need an adress. The credit card was charged off that name. He is racepartsman on ebay. Look out for him. Hear is his other info

LEONARD SCHULZ
OREGON PERFORMANCE PARTS
PO BOX 1054

We would be greatful to any help.
Again thanks to the honest people for all the great parts I have purchased in the past.

what about refusing the charges on your credit card as fraud, you didnt get anything for the charge on your card such as goods or services so I would think that would be fraud!
Good Luck

I think you only have so long before you have no recourse on a credit card refund (maybe 30 days?). That's the problem with a long term project.
