I tried to send a Private Message to someone and it shows in my "Outbox"

How do I get the message to go from "Outbox" to "Sent"? I clicked on "Submit" and the message went to "Outbox". Since it is not listed in "Sent", was message received by person I tried to send a Private Message to? Does my question make any sense?........E.T.

NEGATORY!! Alterd526 won't even give me an address to send him whatever he thinks he has coming in the way of bank fees and more shipping money. I'm beginning to think he doesn't even have the intake manifold and burst panels. He has stopped responding to my emails.

The same thing happened to me. The message showed in the outbox but Mopar1968 couldn't see it to read it. Had to send it again. Seems like an error in the system!
