after numerous email exhanges and a 30 minute phone call thursday evening saying that if the car was what he said it was that I would be there Saturday at noon to buy the car. I drove the 350 miles with trailer to find that after the Thursday phone call the seller then made a call to another possible buyer that if he wanted the car he better get there before Saturday, which he did and the car was sold Friday . Oh by the way the seller did not contact me to either tell me that there was another buyer or that the car was sold. My beef is that my sunshiny Saturday I drove 700 + miles not knowing the car was sold or that there was even an other buyer in the game until I arrived Saturday to the suprise of the seller who seemed a little uncomfortable and offered to let me punch him in the face. my thought is that down the road buyer beware of this seller as integrety is not high on his list of attriutes in my opinion.

I would have told him to at least pay you back for your gas money, that would only be fair.

thats bullshit..that he didnt call you and let you know..it was sold...i would have took him up on the offer to punch him in the face,then on his way down, kick him in the balls,and take his wallet,after all, he said you could punch him,the ball kicking is just extra..no charge...LOL :evil: :twisted:
