Default Methanol and CR

Whats the lowest comp ratio you would use for a 632 BBC on Methanol( Enderle bird on a tunnel ram). My engine builder has just built mine with 13.6-1 . Is this too low for methanol????????

13:1 will be fine, I've ran it on 10:1 motors before and works fine all in the tune up

Alcohol, luv's compression but wiil run anywhere, you got what you got so stay with it, idealy 13.5 plus for more power, but you'll gain something.
