Default Cam Selection 496ci

This is my plan for my engine build. Its going to be 50% Street. I want to be able to drive it to the strip and to car shows and such...be able to cruise around 60mph on the highway if needed... Looking around mid 600 lift and .245 duration @50...??

Chevy 496 Stroker Shooting for 650+HP/600+TQ
Seasoned 454 2pc .060 over
Scat 4340 Forged Rotating Assembly 10.1:1 Compression
Profiler 320cc Standard Port Heads 2.300/1.880 Valves
Crane Cams Gold Race 1.7 Roller Rockers
Crane Cams Retro Hyd Roller Lifters
Holley 4150HP 830CFM Carb with 1" spacer
Trend Pushrods
Weiand Stealth Dual Plane Intake (Streetability)
MSD Pro Billet RTR Dist
MSD 8.5mm Wires
ARP Head studs and all ARP Bolts
Probe Industries Stud Girdle
Moroso Street/Strip Pan
PowerBond SFI Balancer
SFI Flexplate
SA Gear Billet Double Roller W/Torrington Bearing
Clevite 77 "H" Series Bearings

I am running power brakes and power steering....trying to pull 12inches+ of vacum....think its possible? Later on down the line I plan on throwing a bigger cam in to really take advantage of the heads..

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have a perfect cam I get ground by comp for marine applications, for 509's, where the 502 Hp 500 engines I turn into 509's. Its a Comp Hi-lift hyd roller, .647 lift, 248 at .050, 112 lobe sep. 509 inch, mildly ported Dart Iron Eagle 308cc heads, Dart intake, modified 830 carb, make 670hp and 640 ft/lbs on pump gas. This cam also works very well for street engines. Idles well, and makes good power.
