Around 35 here in NC, supposed to get down to 9 Friday night.
I bet that sounds like a heat wave for ya'll northerners.
I tip my hat to you men, women and kids that live in that type of environment, I tried it for a couple years in Colorado, couldn't hack it.
When I got home I kissed the sweeeeeeet NC ground and swore I will never leave again :!: :!:

cold??? you guys think your cold down there, it was -23 with a high of -7 yesterday and just a little warmer today and were having 25mph winds (-45 with with chill). they said that exposed skin will get frostbite within 3-5 minutes of exposure.
My car didnt start either day so I had to walk 15mins to work... not a very long walk if its above 0 (between 10-30 is actually a rather relaxing walk) but I was fucking freeing. I couldnt feel my face for a half hour, it felt like when dentists put novicane in your jaw when they fill a cavity, except all over, cold little baby hands and feet too
Im sure its worse up in Canada but walking to work in that shit sucked.
