BRP OUTLAW Shifter
Do Any of you GUYS use 1 of the BRP OUTLAW Series Shifters with Electric 1-2 Shift?
Heres my Problem,the Cable is going the WRONG Direction.
I had the Trans in a Camaro with a Hurst Shifter,it is Now in My Altered with the BRP Shifter.The Cable is getting is Feeding the Trans lineage the WRONG Direction?
Can these be REVERSED?
From what i can see there Not a way of running the Cable the other Direction?
On My Spare BTE Trans you can Flip the Lineage arm over but Not on the Stock Case Trans?
Any HELP?

You can still flip the lever over. You'll have to remove the pan and loosen the pinch bolt that holds the lever to the linkage inside the trans. You may have to remove the lever and shaft, flip it over and reinstall it.....I think that shifter is a rear exit cable design so the lever on the trans will need to point up.

EXACTALY!
Yes it is a Rear Exit deal.
I was thinking i could lay the Plate in the Mill and open a Exit in the Frt on the Shifter?
The Problem about the Linkeage pointing up,is then the Cable Bracket is also in NEED of some Fab?
Maybe a Frt.Exit Shifter would be a Bit more USER FREINDLY............?

Did the bracket come with the shifter? It should bolt to the pan rail and bend up. The cable attaches to the bracket with u-straps. I can email you a pic of the bracket on mine if you want.
I have a Quarterpro. It's very similar to the Outlaw and I really like it....

Yes the Bracket is Here!
Looks likew i will Need to Flip the Arm?
To do this,will the Valve Body need to be Removed?
The Arm is welded on this Trans.Unlike my BTE Trans that you can just Flip the Arm up or Down with just removing the nut on the Shaft.

Just came in from the Shop!
I have the PROJECT under Control,got all Parts Flipped around and Back together.EXCEPT-I do Not have a Good Gasket for the Pan,and hook the Shifter and Cable back up!
I DO APPCIATE ALL THE HELP!!!
