Jeff Wells Jr Looks for Victory this weekend
AMP Rookie heads to Greenville Speedway, Saturday evening
Trumann, Ark, (July 15, 2008)—Jeff Wells, JR, hits the highway to Greenville Speedway for AMP Sanctioned event.
Jeff will be making his presence this weekend in the #1S Larry Shaw, Red & Yellow, Super Late Model, powered by Samuel Performance Race Engines.
Wells has spent time traveling the highway this season with the AMP Series finding many first nights to be rewarding for the young team.
Jeff and the team picked up a feature win less then a month ago at Crowleys Ridge Speedway, while competing on an off night with the series.
Last weekend the team raced at two tracks in the natural state where he would find finishing fourth to be the best finish of both nights. The team currently sits at first place in the rookie chase and fourth place in over all this season with 305 points.
Wells will be a strong contender this weekend as the series pulls into the Greenville Speedway, Saturday night. Wells and his race team will be in the hunt to add points onto his season stats while competing for 50-Laps and $2500.00 to win against the talented drivers in the Greenville area and among the SUPR series before the weekend ends.
