Default SPARK PLUG HEAT RANGE

This is just something i have been thinking about. If spark plugs have been a heat range off, just a shade cold and you put a hotter range in would it be worth any power.I know it needs the right heat range just wondering about the power. Thanks

Very little ....maybe 2 0r 3/100th ......the best way to see if you are usuing the wrong heat range is to look at the ground starp and see were the mark from running it is on the ground starp should be in the top half closest to the plu if not then the plug is to cold if it is closer to the electrode then it is to hot
