cracked fiberglass body panels
What would I need to repair a fiberglass body panel that is cracked a the way through? Should I put cloth on both sides? Also, I want to adhere a 'glass cowl onto a 'glass hood? Any special adhesive I should use? First timer, but it dont have to be perfect, its for a mud truck.

coth & risin from the back, drill a hole at each end of the crack(to stop the crack before you do the back),grind the crack & make a small valley then just wipe it with mud. the make some strong two part epoxy to glue the scoop on with you sould be able to get at an autobody supply store.good luck and just take your time. john
