cryogenics
anyone had any of their engine parts cryogenically frozen? Do you feel it is worth the little extra $$ to have this procedure done?

I had my tranny internals cryoed. havent had a chance to run with the new tranny yet, but Ill be sure to let you know how they hold up!
theres another 383 fiero that has had their tranny cryoed, I believe the blew up 8 or 9 trannys before they decided to try cryotreating one, so far the same one is still holding up after a few years of the same kind of abuse.

I smell turds..... this equates to extreme heat tempering and because you expand the extremes the part gets exponential that much stonger.... hmmmm..... still stinks IMO.... why not just use suffiecent parts/ materials to start with?
