I suggest you send it back to Chuck and have him fix it.

Most likley the power valve is leaking down. Or if you have one blocked the gasket is leaking, you won't be able to see it as it is under the carb plate.

Default CARB PROBLEM

SET CARB ON STAND FILLED BOWLS
NOTICED FUEL COMING OUT OF SECONDARY NOZZEL ABOVE
BUTTERFLYS
WOULD THAT MEAN WE HAVE A PORUS METERING BLOCK
ANY SUGGESTIONS ?????????????????????????????????????????//

ALSO DOES ANYONE REALLY KNOW WHAT CHUCK N DOES TO THESE CARBS
DOES HE TOUCH THE MAIN BODY ANY ---BESIDES MACHINING TOP OF CARB
THINKING OF PUTTING NEW M BLOCKS ON MAKE BACK TO ORIGINAL
GRASPING FOR ANYTHING

THANKS EVERYONE

I would try this idea first...all it will cost you is a few minutes and a new gasket...can't hurt anything.

Default CARB PROBLEM

just a few notes about chuck
we sent this cark to him ran 8.97 to 9.09
got it back $600 plus shipping----we live way north
it ran 9.20 ran good and consistant----wheres my 2 tenths
also had to take jet extensions from front and put in rear
his answer --- o well staff
the time we send back and for him to fix if he can or does i can buy a new dom for $900
also this week 2 other fellows which have bought from him complete carbs
are not working right whats with that---maybe we just get leftovers
will probably send back but will do some more testing

anyone want to buy this carb send me the money its yours
