Default s-10 spring wieght

I have a backhalved 1983 s-10 with a 9", four link, with coilovers the springs I have on the shocks seem to be weak. I can easily push the truck down and bottom the shocks out. My question is what is the proper wieght spring for the s-10, or just a suggestion to get me in the ballpark. thanks in advance.

140# range, depends on the total weight of the truck, etc. That should be a good starting point though, IMO.

Mine are #130Lb I was told I needed lighter like a 90Lb so I tried that and it made it pin more.. The #130's work well for me.
