If your motor is internally balanced you "HAVE" to run a neutral balancer, fluid damper and many other performance brands make neutral balancers. You also "HAVE" to run a neutral flywheel on a motor that's internally balanced.

POssibly you can. Make a phone call to FluidDampener and ask if removing the extra weight on your dampener will be effective to do. Some of those do have a removabale conterweight on one side of dampener.
