Default 77 lower controll arm bushings replacement

Anybody have any tricks to replacing the lower controll arm bushings on a 77 vette? W/o taking the arm off?
I want to get it doen as fast as possible.
I was thinking to support the lower arm and release the hold downs on the frame and seeig it I can get the bshings out and repress them in on the car if possible.
anybody do this?
Thanks
Al

If you have a way of clamping the springs so they can't get loose on you, it's pretty easy to take out the bushings with an air chisel, and pull the new ones in with a c'clamp or pull them in with a large bolt and air wrench.
But!!!, it's dangerous if that spring gets loose you could get hurt.
