Default Wissota Modified Engine

Do any of you guy's have any real dyno numbers on the Wissota A modified spec engine.
These are 363 or less cubic inch engines and must use the sportsman II heads.
No porting to the heads at all.
We are just curious to see what numbers other's are getting.
We did have one on the dyno last week was 533 HP from 6500-7000 rpm.

I know of a few "cheated" up engines, that had ported and etched ports on the intake side, and un-touched exhausts, making 580. Not to sure of any other detail. I don;t get into Circle track to much really. 533 sounds pretty strong though

Your in the ball park. Probably would make the same here on our dyno. Our stuff is a little better than that, but we have also had spec engines from other shops that fall in or below that range on our dyno. Unless it is something special, (titanium valvetrain, shaft mounted rocker, or custom designed camshaft) your about average.
