thinking of buying one for my 406
I like the adjustablity it offers but im wary of the electronics inside getting corroded from condensation etc.

My buddy bought one used off ebay, got it home and it was junk.Went to buy new guts and they are not available. If it breaks you throw it away and buy a new one...for now anyways.Something might change. His was rusty inside, kinda like what you're talking about.Don't want to burst your bubble, figured I'd let you know

I never buy anything off ebay
alot of good looking stuff ends up to be junk.
maybe thats why someone figured they could get back some money for it after scamming your friend.

Some of the best deals I've made on stuff has been off ebay. Just cant buy electronics or something of that nature off there. I just picked up a new in the box Moroso Oil Pan for my spare motor 1/2 price of Jegs Discount. Not all people/things are bad on there.
