Default wanting to build a 383 sbc one of multiple way .. need help

ok now here it is .
i have a new 350 4 bolt std bore that is now zero deck height , acually it is .005 out of bore with deck height.
i have a steel 3.75 stroke crank . eagle 5.7 rods and .125 dome pistons, i have one of two new cams a 275 284 at .050 625 627 on a 107 . doug herbert solid roller, or a 260 270 at .050 578 597 solid comp on a 106 .
i also have a set of 215 iron eagles with 208 1625 valves and 64cc chambers and a set of 230 iron eagles with208 16 valves with 49 cc valves.
i want to build a very strong 10 sec s10 i have a 10 inch tire s10 with 4500 stall 4.10 gear power glide or 350 turbo no brake.
ANYWAY
I HAVE FLAT TOP PISTONS WITH 6 INCH RODS OR 125 DOME WITH 5.7 RODS. I AM WANTING TO KNOW WHICH ENGINE TO BUILD NEITHER IS BALANCED AND IS READY FOR ASSEMBLY.
I LIKE THE 6 INCH RODS FLAT TOP BUT FEEL IT NEEDS THE 215 HEADS FOR PORT SPEED PERFORMANCE AND ALSO WOULD HAVE TO RUN THE SMALLER OF THE TWO CAMS. BECAUSE OF COMPRESSION TO RUN THE 275 285 DURATION.AND THAT LIMITS MY POSSIBLE POWER.
NOW THE 5.7 ROD 125DOME WITH 49 CHAMBERS WOULD BE LIKE 13 TO 1 AND WOULD LIKE THAT BIG SOLID ROLLER DURATION.
I AM RUNNING A VICTOR JR WITH 850 DP OR 950 ALSO RUNNING 1.5 ROCKERS.
JUST THOUGHT ID ASK BEFORE I COMMIT. STREETABILITY IS NOT AN ISSUE JUST WANT POWER ON MOTOR ONLY...
THANK YOU

Get rid of the victor jr intake and buy a power plus hurricane, that’s worth 10 hp, since you have a light truck, I would go with the 230 heads, this will take some of the torque away on the bottom to help you with traction.
I would also do a bowl port to the heads and polish the combustion chamber.
Use the cam with the 106-degree pattern and add 1.6 rockers to the intake.. Make sure you have the compression up in the 13.01 range in order to make this combo work.
Carb I would recommend is an AED 850HOM modified carb.

You must sell them as i have never seen anybody recommend that intake on motor over 450 hp.........all the data i have heard sorry this is from head and intake builders............that the victor and the hurricane r close to each other...non ported.....but once u port the jr u will gain on the higher horse power and the super victor will gain 18 hp over the hurricane at 650 hp...........don't shoot me i am just the messenger

Yes, we sell them, but we also have an in house DTS powermark 4000 engine dyno, we have see 10 to 14 hp gain by using the hurrican intake.
On the higher hp engines we use the hurrican plus intake which has larger runners for an even larger power gains on higher horsepower engines.
