Default grooves in head

check this site out: www.somender-singh.com. looks like if it works like they say it should increase the mid range torque but hurts the higher rpm. seems to be like the flame slot in dome pistons?

There is a guy who i know that swears by this and is doing it to everything he owns..........dirt bikes, snowmobiles, trucks etc............he has no high horse power motors but works great on what he has and improves the gas mileage to......what i read on it is that it improves bottom end and mid range power to 4500 rpm

Sorry but missed some info as the notches might work on street use, they will not work for drag application as the gain is in the low rpm's like under 4500 rpm.............like i said the guy i know swears by it but in his case is low horse power units were he is actually after the gas mileage more then anything else...i know he told me on his chevy v8 truck he gained close to 5 miles per gallon........so take for what ever its worth i am not doing it either

yeah, i don't think i'd do it to an engine that's worth putting in anything i want to drive. but it gives you something to think about anyway.
