Default seats for aluminum heads

this is my first set of aluminum heads that i am putting together,
do the aluminum heads require cups for the springs so they don't
damage the heads? i am using a mechanical roller cam and springs
with a lift of .635 and 1.55 dia. spring w/damp seat pre: 135 @ 1.880
and open pre: 350 @ 1.250 coil bind @ 1.150 the heads were new
but out of a box and had no specs. thanx

you deffinately need hardened spring cups or washers or the spring will cut into the head
