    survey on carb spacer

    Please submit spacer brand, hieght, small block or big block and dyno results if you have them thanks

    this carb spacer is bad to the bone !! I've seen from .02 1mph to .06 & 2mph

    Not sure about dyno #'s I dont race a dyno or its sometimes false #'s

    Designed by Joe Petelle at HVH over 15 years ago for Winston Cup engines, this spacer will increase air speed from the base of the carburetor to the top of the intake valve, pulling more fuel from the carburetor, the Super Sucker will require a change in the size jet currently being used. E.T. is reduced as much as 1/10 of a second and lap times reduced as much as 2/10 of a second.

    Super Sucker are made from two different materials- aluminum and high temp composite

    HVH composite Super Sucker spacers are CNC machined on Haas vertical milling machine

    The composite spacers offers a thermal brake from the manifold to the carburetor

    Keeping the carburetor cool also allows cooler air to enter the manifold which results in more horsepower
