Good Weekend at the track
Hey Guys,
I finally got to take the ol Nova back to the track for some grudge racing against my brother. The car ran great, its only the second time I had it out this year and I couldn't be happier with it. My first run was a 7.01, the next three runs were 6.98. I would have to say that it was pretty consistent. I was leaving the line at 3800rpm shifting at 6200 and crossing the traps at 6200. I had to put a butt whooping on my brother all four times but it was all in good fun. That was the first time we got to run at the same time. He is in the pro class and I run super pro. ANy way, I thought I woud pass the good news on to the rest of yall. Oh yeah, the best part of it, I didn't have to lift the hood up once . Oh Brian (bjuice) gave me a killer engine.

Sounds like things worked out great at the track. Super Pro is a tough class but it looks like your times are right there. Now dial it in to some dead on's and kick some butt. Brother rivalries are fun. When you come out on top that is.
Happy for ya

Thanks guys,
George, I have been going to school and working a full time so it didn't leave me much time to play around. I am taking the semister off so I can get to the track a few more times this year. It was a really fun time. Our mom and dad was there and we asked who they were going to root for. Of course, they didn't say anything.
