Default holley carb problem

I have some problem and I need your help

My engine is Chevy small block and the engine got off when I have sudden brake or heavy turn.
I know the problem because of the Holley carburetor and I change the carburetor to another one and the problem is same. I tried with the stander carburetor and no problem.
I tuned the float level and idle air screw, the engine running well but the problem is still.
What should I do to avoid this problem?

Thanks a lot

To me it still sounds like your float level is too high, it should be just below the bowl plug, try lowering it to this level and see if the problem goes away. Cp
