Default a different type of question??
I was looking thru some stuff i bought and found a small metal can of metallic water pump packing made by Durobilt and sold thru sears roebuck co. it has 30" of packing and is in great shape with a little bit of dirt/grease on the can. any ideas on what years it was made and whats its worth today? thanks

IT MIGHT BE THE SAME TYPE PACKING WE USED TO PUT AROUND CAST IRON DRAIN PIPES TO SEAL THEM OFF YEARS AGO!!---LIVELY

ahh yeah i didnt think about that. i thought it might be for an old model t. or tractor or something. still kinda cool to hang on to though thanks Lively
