Default any blower guys out there[how much boost?]

hi i have a 434 sbc with eagle crank&rods, je pistons, plasma rings, alum top proline heads[72cc 235 intake runners,208 160] 10/1 comp. not really built for blower but want to do it anyway. just purchased a v7 ysi vortech making 21psi on a 9/1 comp sb i want to underdrive blower just to get some driving in until i can have motor combination changed to blower application. what do you think would be the max boost i can use wth my existing motor? thanks ken

Default Standard deck block?

If it is together in a std deck block?
Is it a stck 400 block?
I would imagine the lands are very small.
I would really want to change the set-up if not even de-stroke it.
Maybe sell want have and build want you want.

Is the Dart a tall deck?
Waht is the compression height of the piston?

10-1 creates a very small tuning window.
If you are running race gas maybe.

It is not the best set-up you might be able to get by.
Tune carefully invent in a wideband.
And read plugs carefully.

If you have tall deck and taller pistons I would be much more positive about the combo.

Default re blower

thanks for the input bob. yea i know its not the best setup right now, im just giong to get smaller lower pulley larger top pully to get the lowest boost i can. just want to do a little ocean city cruisen some car shows etc. probably wont be putting my foot into it that often. winter project is to change out pistons and what ever else to make it a blower motor. this blower is capable of 30psi . the guy i bought it from ran 21psi on a 433sbc with water&methenal inj. 825hp at the tires. thats pretty impressive thanks ken
