Cam Button in a SB Chevy.......

its not neccessary to operate but its good to have to keep the cam from walking forward...very inexpensive insurance...WHY NOT HAVE ONE?

Thanks for the reply.I've been away from the drag racing stuff for awhile. (10 years LOL) When I built my motors back then i just used solid lift cams.Trying to get with the times and try a roller.I have the cam button already but just finished installing the timing cover and balancer and it hit me...LOL.Thanks again....I'll pull the stuff back off and install it.Like you said its cheap insurance why not.
