Default scam?

Im pretty weirded out by this guy. Is he tryin to scam me? this is the email i received...

I had a similar experience when I was selling my racecar on here a few years back, I didn't reply.
However a friend had the same dealings with someone on here and sent the info they wanted, the check arrived and it was bogus, total waste of time. They are overseas scammers, which is why their english sucks so bad.
Cant click the delete button fast enough.
