Default 4000 or 4500 stall for this combo?

'69 Chevelle Full body/interior 3800lbs???

385cid 10.3:1 CR
Brodix 200cc 2.02/1.60
Performer RPM Air-Gap 1" Super Sucker Holley 750
Erson 278/286 238/244 .555/.555 108lsa/104icl 1.6in/1.5ex Solid Roller
th-350 4.11 gear 27" tire
1-5/8 Heddman 3" Pipe to 3" Flowmaster 40 series

I need a some more stall for my combo. I have a 3000 that flashes 3200, but my engine really pulls better from 4200. I can feel the difference as the power comes up. I do drive some on the street but a good stall with a tight stator will work at 4500. I just don't want to "over stall" the combo.

What stall would E.T./MPH better; 4000? 4500?

I agree when you get over 3000 stall on the street it becomes a problem.
