Motor Oil
How do you know what motor oil to use? What's a good oil to run in my 331 stroker that I'm going to run 1/8 mile? Shifting at 6300 should oil pressure be 60 - 70 at shift or higher?

I would run a synthetic oil. Make sure it's a high zinc oil if you are using a flat tapped cam. If you do use a conventional oil I have had good results with Valvoline VR1.
