Toilets, Terminators, Hat's and stacks all will generally out perform carbs, but do require a learning curve which everyone has stated. Once you get past that curve you'll probably never go back to a carb unless you're running gas. I've run all of them and only own one carberator and it's an 850 holly and it's going on a 406" street motor. but i do have a toilet, a set o stacks, and a hat that i use on alcohol ( sm/blk stuff). It's a lot easier to change a bypass pill than tuning a carb at the track to fit the conditions.
