To answer your question I would say yes it is a scam...As a matter of fact I will bet on it...It is like an ole question we used to ask when the answer is a definite....Does 50 pound of flour make a big biscuit :?: If I am wrong just shoot me and put me out of my misery....You may want to play him for awhile but do not give him any info...Good luck
