I'm running it. The pin hole is only drilled on one side to allow you to finish it with your distributor shaft. Early gears were breaking because of the slight offset in distributor shaft hole.
I ran bronze gears and changed them at 80-90 runs. Bronze shavings in the oil filter. (See Zips comment above)
